What can you submit?
A memory, gift occasion, phrase, hobby, personal symbol, original logo or collection of visual references.
You do not need finished artwork. A clear idea is enough to begin.

Can I approve the design?
Yes. You receive a digital preview before we engrave anything.
Can I ask for changes?
One revision round with small adjustments is included.
Can I ride the finished deck?
Yes. It is made on a real skateboard deck. Normal wear will develop when it is skated.
How long does production take?
Average production time is 3 to 5 business days after design approval, followed by shipping.
Are custom decks returnable?
Custom-designed decks cannot be returned unless there is a production issue. Natural wood grain and tone will vary slightly.
