All products are made with care and produced on demand.

Custom & engraved products

Our skateboards are custom made and/or engraved.

For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in the following cases:

• the product arrives damaged

• there is a clear manufacturing defect

• you received the wrong item

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

and include clear photos of the issue.

 

After review, we will offer:

• a replacement product, or

• a refund

Natural material

Our skateboards are made from real wood. Wood is a natural material, which means every deck is unique.

Variations in color, grain, or engraving compared to product images are normal and are not considered defects.

 

Use & wear

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, chips, cracks caused by impact, or wear from tricks and rails, is not covered by warranty.

Skateboarding is done entirely at your own risk.
